Return Policy for Domestic Orders
We happily accept returns for a full refund or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase as long as the product is in its original condition. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you paid by credit card, Paypal or Stripe, a credit will issue in 1-2 days.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account (https://goodwearusa.loopreturns.com/#/), view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
Please include a copy of your order, with a note explaining you are returning the item. (Shipping costs will not be refunded on orders under $100.)

Exchanges Policy for Domestic Orders
You may exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for another product. If you are exchanging for a product of the same style, but need a different size, the shipping cost back to you will be paid by us. If you are exchanging for another product, that is of more value than the product you previously ordered, you will be expected to pay the difference of the item of more value.
You should expect to receive your exchange within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your exchange from the shipper (3 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your exchange once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the transit time for you to receive your exchange back (3 to 6 business days).
If you need to exchange an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your shipment once we've received and processed the exchange.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Policy for International Orders
Orders shipped to a local US address that then get exported are not available for Free Return Labels outside the country. We will issue a Free Return label to the domestic address shipped to, however, the customer must return the goods to that address.
